The Maple Grove boys basketball team upset Osseo a couple of weeks ago to tighten the race in the Northwest Suburban Conference.
The Crimson battled another contender Tuesday night as they traveled to Champlin Park, and it turned into a thriller.
Maple Grove built a 10-point halftime lead as Josh Pedretti poured in 18 first half points, only to see Champlin Park rally in the second half.
Jasper Duberry scored for the Rebels to tie the game 52-52 with six seconds to play before Andrew Frost hit the game winner for the Crimson.
