La Crosse, Wis. – Solid all-around games by juniors Matt Turba (Wisconsin Rapids, Wis.) and Cole Lewis (Prairie du Chien, Wis.) helped lead Viterbo University to a 62-48 Midwest Collegiate Conference win over AIB College.The two teams played a back and forth first half as the game was tied (24-24) with three minutes left in the opening period. However, the V-Hawks scored the final seven points of the opening half including a three-pointer by Jordan Laufenberg (Jr./So. – Sparta, Wis.) with six second left to lead 31-24 at the break. Jasper Duberry (Jr. – Brooklyn Park, Minn.) scored seven of his ten points in the opening period to lead Viterbo.
